About Napier's Lookout
Napier's Lookout has recently been restored to create a beautifully calming space in the heart of Weymouth, Dorset and sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms set over 3 floors.
It’s the perfect base for families and friends to get together and relax, or to explore the fun of Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast.
The house is just a 4-minute walk from the train station, and 80 metres from the beach.
Whatever the weather, our guests can enjoy the games room with a pool table, retro arcade machine and dartboard.
Living & Entertainment
The kitchen is well equipped, with a large Bosch fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. The utility room contains a washer and tumble dryer. Access from the kitchen through French doors to a cosy outdoor terrace with dining area
The large living room comfortably seats up to 12 guests, and features a home cinema set up with Disney+, Netflix, Now Cinema, Amazon Prime, Roku, All4, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, YouTube etc.
The fireplace is a real bonus in the winter!
The adjoining dining area has an extending table to accommodate 12 people.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All beds are made up with White Company Egyptian cotton bedding.
First floor:
Huge family bathroom with roll-top bath, twin sinks and walk-in shower.
Separate W/C.
Grand and beautifully appointed master bedroom, with a sea view from the comfy armchair in the bay window. Super-king bed (or can be set up as a twin). A pull-out bed can accommodate an extra guest. There is also a desk and chair set up for anyone who needs to work.
Serene second bedroom with kingsize bed (or can be set up as a twin).
Second floor:
Double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Games room with pool table, retro arcade machine, dartboard, mini basketball net and board games.
Third floor:
Large attic bedroom with panoramic views across the Weymouth skyline, a kingsize bed (can be set up as a twin). A fold-out single chair bed is also available.
Cosy single room, with an additional fold-out chair bed.
We include:
A selection of teas and coffees, organic milk, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels, washing up cloth, toilet rolls, foil and cling film. Everything you need to get you started on your arrival.

Outside
The table and benches on the patio provide a really cosy area for al fresco dinner and drinks, while solar powered fairy lights and candle will light up at dusk.

Parking
Parking is not available outside the house.
Unloading is permitted, but cars must then be parked in a local car park, or for free, a short walk away.

Young Families
The house is well set up for young families - a cot, highchair and children’s cutlery are available.
Coronavirus Information
The property is cleaned professionally to a high standard in between each booking, so you can book with confidence knowing that we are doing everything possible to make sure the property is sanitised. It is also self-check-in via keypad so no contact is required for access.
